Do I need to have launched with LocalNerd to sign up?
No — these plans are open to any local business with an existing website and/or Google Business Profile that needs ongoing professional management. If you're starting from scratch, check out our Launch Package first.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes to both. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "content change"?
Updating text, swapping images, changing business hours, adding a new service to a page, updating pricing — anything that requires editing your website. Larger redesigns or new page builds are quoted separately.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Additional work outside your plan is billed at $75/hr. We'll always get your approval before starting anything that would result in extra charges.
